1. 受講料のお支払いについて
受講料の決済が完了した時点で「本予約」となります。
お申込みをいただいた段階では「仮予約」の状態となり、ご入金の確認が取れた時点で正式な「予約完了」となります。
仮予約のままですと、講座の申込み状況によっては受講いただけない場合もございますので、できるだけ早めにお手続きいただくことをおすすめいたします。
銀行振込を希望される方
事務局よりお届けする受講案内の内容に従って、お振込みをお願いいたします。なお、振込手数料はお客様のご負担となりますので、予めご了承ください。
クレジットカードのご使用を希望される方
事務局よりご案内を差し上げた後、弊社が契約しているクレジットカード決済業務対応企業「Square」より、別途案内メールが届きます。その内容に従って、カード決済手続きを行ってください。
なお、お客様の決済手数料は0円（弊社負担）となります。

2. キャンセル規約について
振替受講が可能な場合
お申込みいただいたイベントにつきまして、お客様のご都合により参加できなくなった場合は、別日程への「無料振替受講」が可能です。また、事故や病気などにより当日受講ができなかった場合についても、振替受講が可能です。
振替をご希望の方は、ご希望の日程を公式LINE又はメールにてご連絡ください。
振替受講なしのキャンセルについて
キャンセルをご希望の際は、必ず事前にご連絡をお願いいたします（メールまたは公式LINEにて）。
キャンセルの時期によっては、以下の通りキャンセル料が発生いたしますので、できるだけ早めのご連絡をお願いいたします。
- 開催日の5日前までにご連絡いただいた場合：キャンセル料無料
- 開催日の5日以内、または連絡なしの場合：受講料の50％
※「開催日を含む5日以内」の扱いとなります。
【例】7月20日開催の場合
- 7月15日中にキャンセルの連絡 → キャンセル料無料
- 7月16日以降にキャンセルの連絡（または連絡なし） → 受講料の50％
3. キャンセルに伴う返金について
返金をご希望の場合は、お振込み先の口座情報を公式LINE又はメールにてご連絡ください。
返金にあたっては、以下の通り手数料が発生いたします。
◎銀行振込でお支払いの方
振込手数料：実費（ご利用の金融機関により異なります）
※弊社は三井住友銀行からの振込となります。
◎クレジットカードでお支払いの方
決済手数料：決済額（受講料等）の5％
※Squareからカードに直接ご返金となります。
Payment Methods and Cancellation Policy
1. About Payment for the Service
Your reservation will be officially confirmed once the course fee payment has been completed.
At the time of application, your reservation is considered "tentative." It becomes "confirmed" once your payment is verified. Please note that if your reservation remains tentative, you may not be able to attend the course depending on availability. Therefore, we recommend completing your payment as early as possible.
For Bank Transfers
Please follow the instructions provided in the course guidance email sent by our office. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
For Credit Card Payments
After receiving our initial guidance, you will receive a separate email from "Square," the credit card payment processing company contracted by us. Please follow the instructions in that email to complete your credit card payment.
Please note that there will be no processing fee charged to customers for credit card payments (the fee is covered by us).

2. Cancellation Policy
If You Wish to Reschedule
If you are unable to attend the event you registered for due to personal reasons, you may reschedule to another date free of charge. Rescheduling is also possible if you are unable to attend on the day of the event due to an accident or illness.
To reschedule, please contact us via our official LINE or email with your preferred alternative date.
If You Wish to Cancel Without Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please be sure to notify us in advance via email or official LINE.
Depending on the timing of your cancellation, cancellation fees will apply as follows. We encourage you to contact us as early as possible.
- If notice is given at least 5 days before the event date: No cancellation fee
- If notice is given within 5 days of the event date, or no notice is given: 50% of the course fee will be charged
※ The "within 5 days" includes the event day itself.
Example:
For an event scheduled on July 20:
- Contact made by July 15 → No cancellation fee
- Contact made on or after July 16, or no contact → 50% cancellation fee
3. Refunds for Cancellations
Refunds will be processed after deducting the following fees:
◎For Credit Card Payments
- Processing fee: 5% of the total transaction amount (including fee)
